Ervin Watson has been training teams for over 20 years and been an inspirational speaker and motivator for 15 years. This decorated veteran of the US Air Force is an entrepreneur, and author, a loving father and husband. Many of his training examples come from his 30+ years of work experience and 25+ years of marriage. His love for people and passion for excellence comes across in every session, workshop and keynote and he values every opportunity he gets to invest in others. His wife says that he is “always on 10!” meaning his energy and enthusiasm are always high and he promises to energize and inspire your team.

After his career as an Education and Training Specialist at the GA Dept. of Education he returned to his roots at the local level where he currently serves as School Nutrition Coordinator for Douglas County Schools in GA. Ervin is a recognized leader who frequently is invited to present at local, state and national conferences and has been selected multiple times as a Senator Richard B. Russell Leadership Series presenters at the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference! His personal and business mission is to enable positive transformation through every exchange and he lives his mantra, “People are amazing, leading them should be amazing also.
